I have a client, who bought a short-term rental property in Orlando. We have been facing a lot of difficulties during the whole process due to the builder kept delaying the closing date. It has been delayed for six months from the original closing month and also gave us very short notice about the final closing date.

Obviously, Comparing with lenders I am working with, Paul International has absolutely strength in assisting foreign investors including Chinese investors, especially from the perspective of flexibility.
Your network of large or small lender is also amazing and it is seems that you always have plan B. If one lender refuse to take the case, you will find other lender soon, very impressive. The requirements explained by Paul International are also clear and easy to obtain. The staffs I am working with are all very good, knowleadgeable Jochen Koppers, and Jennifer who is always willing to help and very very diligent.
